People who hate Shippett...

If it is so cheesy and easy to hit homeruns at this park, why are you only mad at your opponents for hitting homeruns? If it's so easy, you should be able to do it too, right?
People play at Shippett for one reason: you get rewarded for good PCI placement. Your P/P flyballs are homeruns instead of 98mph exit velos that die at the track. Your good/squared has a better chance at hitting a gap instead of going straight to the right fielder. Your P/P liners are going to shoot over the left fielders head instead of dying in the short outfield.
Maybe you should consider your own skill and user input before complaining about people that play at a park that actually rewards skill. Stop complaining that you can't dink and dunk your way to 5 runs on late/okay contact.
-
dude you end up with 10-8 final scores in 3 inning games, there is nothing rewarding about that, it's about you just wanting to out slug your opponent
-
Saying that if it's not cheesy because you can do it it to is a terrible argument. Can we apply that to everything? Bunting, etc?
Now let me note, I don't think Shippett is cheesy or wrong to play at, I'm just saying that's a terrible argument.
And you are doing just what they do. You're saying "Stop complaining that you can't dink and dunk your way to 5 runs on late/okay contact." You are using the exact same argument of "It TaKeS LeSs sKiLl At OtHeR pArKs".
Pretty hypocritical. You're just the other side of the same coin when it comes to stadium complaining.

Why is is easier to hit gaps and HRs at Shippett opposed to other fields such as Franco (the field I usually choose?)
High elevation and a small park. The ball carries like crazy.

Every single game at shippet park is a slugfest it is cheesy and stupid. Two good players will end up with a score of like 15-13 on like 20 hits. What are you talking about OP?
-
Shippett helps with prestiging Belli and Didi right now..
-
I don't think people shouldn't play at Shippet. I just hate it.

i just straight up think the ballpark looks ugly as hell - it has nothing to do with what you are talking about

For every squared up HR at Shippett there's a Good Okay 92mph exit velo no doubter.
-
It just cracks me up how there’s even a “meta” park.
“I heard a streamer say it’s the best park to hit. I gotta be like them.”
-
I hate shippett because it’s overplayed. Like let’s have some people with the ability to choose something outside of what they see on YouTube or twitch. Individuality maybe? Not be a sheep?
-
I only play shippet for the batters eye. If not for that then I’d play at oracle park all day.
-
I always know I'm in for a game of bullcrapery as soon as I see shippet load up.
