How to change your profile picture on this website?

I know this is possible since just about everyone has different profile pictures and I remember doing it last year. I don't know why but I feel as though I've looked at every possible option but I still can't see where you can change your picture. Can anyone please explain this?

That makes sense then, thanks. I was pretty sure I changed it last year to the Padres logo but can't figure out how to do it anymore. Maybe something changed, or I just am not remembering correctly but thanks for the reply.
