Can someone please explain to me why you can quick sell some cards that say “no sell” and other that say “no sell” you can’t? Like for example my Signature Series Ken Griffey Jr has the “no sell” but I’m still able to quick sell him but I’m not able to quick sell my Signature Series Ichiro that says “no sell.” I’m so confused why it’s like this.

The Ichiro can't be sold on the market, thus he can't be quicksold either.

If you were able to quicksell a card you couldn't obtain again after quickselling, SDS would get flooded with emails on "I accidentally quick sold x player and didn't mean to, please add him back"

To build off what eatyum said, I think those types of players used to be able to be quick sold in 17. I vaguely remember players quick selling cards that could only be earned once, and then they were needed for a program or something later in the year. It led to a lot of complaining on the forum and emails to SDS. This is no doubt why you can only quick sell cards available on the market now.

SDS would do well to mark cards earned as being different from cards locked for collections. Maybe keep the red "NO Sell" marking and adding a greed indicator for a card that is "No Sell" and "No Quicksell."
