Maybe I finally have it figured out, or at least it's better. Somebody told me it would take a year or so and it has.
The thing I have done and it seems to make a difference is placement of PCI prior to the pitch. Some say that's not a big deal, but to me it is. I've started it higher in the zone and just on the opposite side of the the pitchers throwing hand even with the shoulders.
Of course still trying out a few things but it's been far better.

Yeah I think it's all about setting your PCI to offset your weaknesses. I tend to get blown away by a high fastball, so I tend to hold mine a little higher, as I find it easier to adjust to low offspeed.
