Ejections

Does any one here know how to get ejected from the games. I noticed in the options it says ejections on or off. but never seen it happen?

If the pitcher hits the batter over and over

I had a pitcher ejected today.. Playing BR and my opponent replayed a HR for the third time... His next two hitters got plunked, then I took every second of the timer to replace my pitcher... Yeah.. I was bitter... and a little bit petty... Sad to say he hit one more HR that game, but he didn't replay it
