    Yes, they are great. Just remember that they move away from the pitching arm. I.E. They move right from a RHP and they move left from a LHP. They work especially well on the outside for me, but you can use them to jam batters too.

    I just use them as a reverse cutter basically.

    Yes, they act like a change up with how ridiculous these timing windows are.

    The only thing they do is amazingly make your opponent very early even tho it’s only 2-3 mph slower than fastball.

    It’s not a strike out pitch only a pitch hoping for a fly out. But 99% of the time will be a early foul ball. Don’t throw it low unless you want to see an early swing HR
