What packs have the best value if I want Diamonds?

I am trying to get the 99 Mickey Mantle, and therefore need to pull Trout. I am not going to buy him. What packs are cheapish, but have a decent chance at diamonds?

Don't do it. Flip Cards, Sell everything, buy him outright. Don't Chase the Dragon...

Well, I guess ur not getting trout. Theoretically, you can pull him. But don't bet on it. If you do showdown, you get stubs as well as a pack after the second boss. You can also exchange the vouchers for even more packs. Also, flip the market

I had zero pack luck from any packs other than TA packs. Pulled Lindor and Freeman 2 nights ago from TA packs, and then I pulled the big fish last night from TA packs also.

As bad as his price is you will have far more success buying him rather than trying to buy packs to pack him or pack enough players to sell to get him. Best strategy is to sell everything you get out of the free packs grinding. It's just not worth the stubs you use to buy a pack and hope to get him and sell if not.

For every guy you see here pulling trout there's thousands of others pulling fifty 85 Altuves (if any diamond at all) before they even get to sniff a Trout..so good luck

All give packs as rewards for beating the second mini boss. But the main reward is doing the TAs for teams and getting the affinity packs. The first ones you get in the path will be no sell but the later x3 and x6 will be sellable. Main thing I did when I was completing the collections is I would play at night and open all the packs then use a computer and list everything I had a duplicate for all the way down to the commons. It's time consuming but if you don't clear your binder those are just wasted stubs.

AL Central is Pretty Easy, but Also base it on what TA your need to go for. Kill Two Birds with one stone. Plus, TA Packs are abundant! So far like 12 per team. So 360 free packs of those. 1 BIAH per team, so 30 of those (They've been Garbage for me though)

Can you get diamonds in the TA packs? I have completed Cubs. No one else though.

Yes. I've gotten a Baez and Lindor. They are rare but they're out there

Ok. Baez is the only one I need to complete the Cubs collection. I pulled Lindor in a headliners pack, and sold him. I regret that now....

And it doesn't matter what team you get them from. So a pack you get from a Cubs Affinity isn't going to give only Cubs. That's why I usually like to Stock them up and Go on Pack Rip spree

Only the free kind , whatever pack you buy is just siphoning stubs out of your account for free agent commmons, maybe a silver or gold
