This might be a mistake but if you look in your inventory on TSN at cards there are a bunch of 99 overall cards for each team....kinda looks like it might be an early leak for the next TA stage maybe.

They are given to the players whos name is on said card for the players league. There is one copy of those cards and they will not be released for the rest of us
