How should I start team collections
-
I have 210k stubs and I want to do team collections. Eventually I would like to do all 30 teams. What teams should I collect first and what is the fastest way to getting them all done
-
I'd start by doing all the teams that don't require a Diamond player. Orioles, White Sox, Mariners, Royals, Pirates, Marlins are some of the easiest to do.

Only do buy orders, take your time (it won't all happen right away) I'd suggest focusing on the American league after buying at least 30 on every team. Start off by finishing AL central (no more than 70k) then finish as much of AL east as you can. I think you would be able to get everyone except Cole with stubs left over. Then just go through and finish cheap collections if you do not want to save for cole. It will seem less daunting if you get all commons bronzes and silvers first. Good luck.

Well, you can either knock out most of the cheap teams, or maybe get a couple of the expensive teams done.
You’ll get 10 TA points for collecting each team if you haven’t gone past 70 for them yet. I’ve had a lot of diamond pulls out of those TA packs.

I'd also suggest checking out the show zone. If you are into statistics and want to be the most efficient at finishing collections, that is the place for you.

- I started with collecting 30 for each team. This will keep you from having to buy gold and diamond players. Reinvest those stubs you earn at 10, and 20 into more cards. Don't spend more than you earn.
- Use your DUPLICATES to sell and reinvest the profits into cards you don't have. Players that would net minimum 100 stubs I'd sell. You can sometimes get 2-4 bronze players with that same 100 stubs doing "buy orders". I kept a total of the amount of stubs I earned and would not spend more than I earned. That way your stubs total isn't draining!
- Get good at playing on All-Star difficulty. I've earned several diamond and gold cards along the way. Increase your chance of earning the more costly cards.
I've completed all teams without Diamond players. More than 50% there.

I'm a Diamond level and am currently only a Verlander, Lindor and Matt Chapman away from completing both Collections. I haven't spent any money on the game this far just a bunch of showdown and team affinities. I started getting Trout first (back when he was 230,000) then I completed the NL first (only because I really wanted Sheffield). As the guy above me said, sell all duplicates and exchange duplicates that are already locked in. The game gives you a bunch of stubs just by playing events and especially showdown, but if you want to finish it ASAP you'd have to buy stubs.

Get trout/cole out of the way first and then just play the game from there. Showdowns, events. Sell everything with sell orders that you don’t need for live collections. All flashback players etc. Sell them all.

Keep an eye on the prices of the buy orders. Sometimes they go up by 1 or 2, but then others, for some weird reason you see a radical jump. Whether it's 25 stubs for a bronze or 50 for a silver. It's weird, but you may not notice it.
Also, take all the advice from everyone else already mentioned.

I've completed the AL Central, AL East and NL Central. Trout is hard but just be patient and you can get him. He's my next target after getting Cole yesterday.
