I want a refund

Game literally doesn't even work. Everyone should be entitled to a full refund for this garbage.

Believe it or not, I actually asked for one from Sony, on the basis that this game is not fit for purpose. I had 21 reasons that the game was broken and not working as intended. Guess what they told me? You’re entitled to a refund on any purchase from the PS Store, as long as you haven’t downloaded and installed the game onto your console. Once you do that, you’ve “broken the seal on the virtual packaging” so to speak and you will not be refunded under any circumstances. Quite how you’re supposed to discover that your game is broken in a variety of terrible ways without even loading it up, I’m unsure, but the bottom line is, you’re out a hundred bucks, just like the rest of us. I’ve been playing the game anyway, you’ll get a couple of games where everything seems fine, you can time up a pitch and your defenders play the ball in the field without making any ridiculous errors or selecting crazy animations that are inappropriate for the situation and you start to think the games not so bad. Then you go back to that WTF is this?!? Kind of game and you’re going crazy again. Welcome to MLB the Show.
