Just kidding......its trash. Hitting is pretty good from years past but PITCHING is laughable. Absolute garbage.

I mean...... I can throw a no hitter, but I can’t hit the ball reliably at all. My view is that hitting is the worst it’s been for years and it’s by far and away the worst part of the game this year, even more so than the broken fielding. How can I say that? Well, I might have an incident every 5-6 games where the wrong animation is selected or the defending player won’t field the ball. That’s compared to hitting being terrible, which means I have about 10-15 good/okay contact results on squared up swings. EVERY. SINGLE. GAME.
Therefore, in my view hitting is far more broken than pitching, fielding or anything else as it is so prevalent. It’s a problem that occurs multiple times per game every game.It’s also an issue that SDS have never mentioned again and are presumably not even working on at this point, along with pitching as well and maybe fielding too now. I’m not even sure what they’re working on at this point. Probably a new series of cards we’ve not seen yet. Maybe “Baseball is Back!!” Series, which will feature an 84 gold Gavin Lux, 95 Joey Gallo, a 93 Blake Snell, possibly a 92 Nick Madrigal and I’m fairly certain Alec Bohm needs a card, he doesn’t have a 90 overall diamond yet. Can’t wait.

You literally cant throw a change up down the middle with perfect timing on meter pitching. The lack of player control takes it from a game of skill and turns it in to a calculation and dice roles. Sadly, that's what all sports games have become. The Show was the last to do it, but they've finally gone to the dark side.

Yeah, but you should see my stats with gold Nolan Ryan. I only throw fastballs and I only throw down the middle. That way I know I’ll never ever throw a fastball down the middle. He’s like 9-0 with a 2.40 ERA, his BA against is below .200

I was playing BR with silver pitchers, and they were less accurate than I am and I stink at baseball.

I pulled a good/good/93MPH in the middle of the PCI with Prime mantle at yankee stadium for an out. But the other guy can go oppo with Posey on a good/okay/95MPH. The randomness is at an all-time high right now.
