Difficulties are not the same across modes

Why are the difficulties different depending on the modes... the inning program says allstar but that ain't the same allstar I play anywhere else... either make it allstar or call it what it is and stop pretending you're making it easier than it is... I'm cool if you said its hall of fame but when I cant hit sh*t in ALLSTAR... that's BS

I thought I was the only one that thought this... I play a Phillies franchise on legend diffculty where I play every game and am 22-5 on it. I step into DD and try going into a "veteran" showdown so one would expect pitch speeds to be slower and for me to be early but nope. My swings are often times late. I went into the event yesterday on all-star and lost 3 straight, though no disrespect to the ones I faced. It makes no sense to me.
