I’m not getting any hidden conquest rewards, I don’t know if that’s what is supposed to happen or what but I’ve almost half of it and gotten nothing at all. Weird.

You would need to select Sandburg or go for Brujan affinity to top Roberts at 2B.

Being critical of something dosent mean it’s hate. I enjoy the game, I think the program sucks, last year we had much better things rolling out. Not one card in the group is better than what u can get through ta already. I can be disappointed and express it, it dosent mean it’s hate or I want to stop playing but can’t. Your projecting that on my post

I think all three guys make most peoples squad, unless youve completed the collections. Roberts is better than Sandburg; switch hitter with a better swing. Shane is a poor manys Mantle and Chipper...common, its Chipper! Youre using his swing on you CAP.

You gotta feel for SDS. Last year's primary complaint was that they were too quick to roll out 99s and lacked variety. This year, they added Prime and award based cards to mitigate that. Also, they had no other option but to roll out Prospect cards early, as they're not endgame and want to give people a chance to earn them. This is by no means a perfect game but I wish that community would stop looking for reasons to hate it. Maybe a more appropriate reaction would be gratitude that SDS is actually probing us as to what it is we want.

I really like Chipper, it is from his MVP season in 1999. Absolutely no bias saying that. Roberts and Victorino both look kinda good to me. Much better than the 2nd Inning, I could see all three guys starting for me. That probably speaks volumes about where my team is at.
The cards aren't beauties, but eh they're alright.

So don’t use the cards? Not everyone has a god squad & believe it or not, some people are fans of the guys they dropped. Maybe their card isn’t great .. still allows them to be used before they’re absolutely useless later in the year. So quick to complain, yikes man.

The issues I’m having with the content is 80% is recycled. If we want to get technical outside of the Team Affinity Prospects its 100% recycled. Each Inning program so far has included someone that was a mainstay in line ups last year. They also are already recycling the new “Legends”. Roberts has already been in lineups as a gold since week 1. Victorino also has been widespread from team collections. Chipper has been around forever. At this rate we wont get too many ‘new” legends until near end of the games life. We will get the best versions of Maddux, Glavine, Smoltz, Ortiz, etc at a time when The game is almost obsolete. SDS could have had some decency to sneak in an Albert Belle or player of his quality its been 2 years. I’d rather have him again instead of Bob Feller’s racist [censored] again and again.

I didn’t know that only glowing positive comments could be made on this forum. I’m so sorry for my indiscretions. I didn’t say anything in an overly dickish way. Chill, I think the program is a bust, you don’t, great, different strokes for different folks. I can still express my view and it’s not a horrible thing like I came on here swearing saying sds is @$&$ . I love the game, don’t like the program any of the rewards or cards. More prospects ends at 600 blah. End rant

Undoubtedly entitled to your opinion. I’m chill lol, just think complaining 30 mins or so into content drop is a bit ridiculous. Thanks for making it clear for everybody tho that you aren’t a fan & the cards are a bust. Carry-on everyone.

All but one of these cards is good enough to start on my team. Not everybody plays 24-7 and has all the best cards in the game.

Chipper is only card who could make my bench as a pinch hitter, fielding and speed suck. He’s basically a lefty specialist only
Defense is important, but man, Chipper is always glitchy at the plate, and usually does fine fielding.
