Thanks. Last night it said that there were drops on May, Hader, and someone else. Does it have to say !drops for there to be drops, or can there be drops without anyone knowing?

It doesn't have to say drops. I watched like 10 streams last night and got 8 packs. Only 3 or 4 of them said drops. It's a guessing game most of the time.

I believe they are all twitch enabled (although some don’t really know what that means haha). The “!drops” is just something people type in the chat to be annoying. It’s also from the developer streams, when you had to type that into the chat to get a pack.

I usually just jump around streams and wait until I get a pack (usually 5-10 minutes) then move on to the next. I honestly don’t care for some of the players as they (May especially) get so easily triggered and are super whiny. I did stay on SDS stream yesterday as I was enjoying Brett Phillips chatting with Roflo. I also like Pence and Hader. Haven’t watched many others but seems like Tatis Jr and Bo are chill.
