I seriously can't make this stuff up.

Start an NL Central Showdown as I heard its one of the easiest.

Get a decent draft and luck out with all my hitters, except two, and up being RH bats.

Decide to jump straight into face Hader down 15-1.

I take every pitch possible, drop him down to 0 energy and 0 confidence and end up with a 15-12 score with 3 outs left.

I luck out and he walks my next 3 batters.

Bases loaded, 3 outs left, down 4 runs, and SS Sandberg is up to bat. Hes already 2-3 with 2 HRs.

I take it to a 3-2 count and the sixth putch is RIGHT DOWN THE MIDDLE!

But no, Sandberg hits a [censored] line drive to 3rd where the fielder picks it up, steps in 3rd, throws to the second basemen who tags second nd then throws to first, to put out 84 speed Sandberg; thus giving a run ending Triple Play!

Needless to say that WAS and WILL BE my LAST Showdown run EVER!

SDS

Well, that wouldn’t have happened if you got some more runs before skipping to the end.

SDS

Or just don’t skip to the final boss with only 1 run.

SDS

Sorry to tell ya but ranked seasons is even more rigged than showdown

SDS

I got you beat. I was struggling on one. Had a man on second and 3rd. Down 1 with 3 outs left. Frustrated decided I would suicide squeeze Both runs in. Popped up the bunt. Throw to 3rd and second for triple play game over.

SDS

Lol. I don't skip to the end, and I win basically everytime. RNG can screw you over, so best to give yourself the best advantage possible. Sorry, but I don't feel bad for people that skip ahead when they make it so easy to gain runs beforehand.

He watched college lefty and other elite players figuring he could do it too

If you would read my other post about Showdown; you would see that ive made it thru this mode before.

Actualy, I've beaten the NL Central 10 times already. 6 times I've skipped the last 4 missions and beat it and 4 times I've skipped to the end and beat it.

It's juat been the last three times that I felt 'cheated'. Especially when Lighting Thames gets robbed of a homerun, that ends my run, by a Bronze CF.

My game plan was to play through 5he first 6 missions; but when I saw that I had a strong RH lineup; I decided to skip.

The last time I had a lineup like this, and played it all out; I either got scrappy LH batters (no good vs Hader) or ALL pitchers with each 'add on draft'.

Heck, if I remember correctly the last time I played up to the 2nd boss; I got 1 card that was in my final lineup when I faced Hader. The rest where players that I got from the beginning draft.

SDS

Easy? Maybe easiest to skip to the end on.... try flaherty he is a [censored]

When you get into your car and see it’s on E, do you take a few minutes to do the obvious thing and fill it up, or do you just whine like a kindergartner and blame the car when you run out of gas on the highway?
