In older versions of MLB, I hardly ever walked. In the past few years, my numbers have been creeping up. In my 2022 season, with a highly skilled "Mr. Utility" LF, I walked 128 times. I do get intentionally walked, but most of those are "real" walks. I do foul off a lot of balls and have a pretty good eye, but 128 is a lot...
How much is your position player drawing walks?

That's pretty impressive. I'm drawing walks about 20-30 times a year (real walks, not intentional). I have a tendency to swing at borderline pitches, and sometimes end up putting those in play instead of fouling them off. It's my #1 thing I'd like to work on.

74 walks. Once I get two strikes I go into to contact mode until I get a pitch I guess right.
I usually do the same thing.
