If you’re in a MTO run from Stage 1 and you surpass 70 points after your DS win, will you continue accumulating Stage 2 points in the CS and subsequent WS wins?

Yes.i stopped at beginning of WS at 70pts, then when stage 2 released, I did WS and got the points for stage 2

Short answer: Yes
Long answer: I can’t remember where my Dodgers affinity points stood during their MTO, but I paid closer attention for my Rangers MTO run. During Stage 1, I had the Rangers affinity points at 59/70 with an MTO currently in the ALCS on Allstar difficulty. Today, I won the ALCS which would earn 12 TA points. But now, my Rangers TA currently sits at 13/50 in Stage 2. That means I got the last 11 points for Stage 1, a 1 point carryover to Stage 2, plus the 12 points duplicated in Stage 2. As I stated earlier, I know something similar happened with my Dodgers MTO, because I am now at roughly 45/50 in Stage 2 after only being around 20/70 in Stage 1 less than a week ago.

Ok. I’m sitting at 74 points with Yankees after finishing the DS. I was hesitant to continue to the CS out of fear I would waste 4 games and not get any credit for Stage 2

Dude. Even better, you’ll get double credit. You might even get to carry over this same MTO to stage 3 depending on your level of difficulty.

I stopped 2 MTO after all star breaks, and just finished out the season. Somehow I got double TA points (22 for veteran) for each, pleasant surprise!

I thought this would have been part of the server repairs last night. To be honest, not sure if they could do this without an update. But, anyway...maybe this was intentional. If so, I can’t wait to start some new MTOs. If not, I doubled 21 last night when I won the World Series with the twins. I had stopped at the elimination game. So, it took 20 minutes to get 42 points.

I just finished M2O for the Anthony Rizzo FOTF now I have to play it again on veteran for Future Stars Nico Hoerner. Seems like such a chore lol

I got double at like 5. Had no idea it was a thing. Would’ve grinded hard all day

I finished a ws at 10pm est last night and got double. I started the run before stage 2 tho so not sure if that made a difference

Dear SDS, please let us have double points forever. Only thing that's making this mode worth playing over showdown, and Im enjoying mixing it up. Thanks!

FYI too. if you're doing team collections (i.e. braves) and you lock in the completion, it will automatically give you the 10 points for completing them so if you're already at 70 or 120 or whatever i don't think you'll get the points. I have one brave left to get and I'm waiting for stage 3 to get him so i don't lose the 10 points for the collection b/c I'm already at the 120 and have Wright.
