On the subject of replays in online games, that yet another thing about which to be annoyed has been created out of thin air is utterly baffling to me. Are so many people who are playing online games so emotionally weak that they find it abhorrent for an opponent to enjoy a moment of success? Seriously? I mean, come ON...
Personally, when an opponent takes one of my pitchers deep, I remove any worry or doubt when it comes to whether or not it's "okay" to view the replay by hitting L2 myself, every single time. Seriously, what is the harm in letting your opponent enjoy the replay? You never know, if you allow for the possibility that it's okay for others to enjoy themselves - even when you're their opponent - you just might find that you're enjoying yourself more at some point along the way.
I don't do it every time, but I also often preempt my opponent and watch the replays on their epic homers. They reciprocate a lot of the time.
It's hilarious that some players can get tilted by a 10-second replay. Imagine if they allowed the custom bat flips from Unlockables!

Furthest I've hit so far was 460 at Dodger stadium with Belli Bombs

Hit a 458 shot with 86 Torrie hunter at minute maid field

509 with Gleyber

Coors field, conquest, veteran difficulty 492ft blast to right center upper deck with none other than my man Austin Meadows. Also was on a normal (x) swing.
2nd longest was 482 also at coors. I don’t remember who I hit it with though but it wasn’t a typical power hitter.

Ditto... and amazingly, such games tend to be more enjoyable for both of us, if you can imagine such a thing happening. A few days ago, I played a game with someone who was running hotter than the sun, who hit seven bombs off of my pitchers in the midst of a 10-0 thrashing. Most of the seven were truly magnificent, arcing high into the sky - pretty sure that one bounced off of the Hubble - and we watched each replay. Now of course, no one enjoys getting beaten like that, but it didn't wound me at all and the fact that I took the thrashing in good spirits added to my opponent's enjoyment. Seems like a good way to spend a bit of time to me... might as well have fun wherever you can find it.

Unquestionably. Sometimes I think about how much fun and how immensely profitable it would be to play poker against some of these people, especially the ones whose quits I can feel coming after a particular play... like, a big home run to break a tie in the 7th inning or so, I say to myself, "Here it comes..." and then sure enough, the screen pops up (for example), "Petulant_Child_14 has quit."

@Onyx_Hokie_2 lmao, that's a spot-on analogy to poker. I totally agree with the observation about the level of enjoyment.

Well. This isn't going to sound real. But in the current event I just hit a 508 foot homerun with...Francisco Lindor at Laughing Mountain Park. Exit speed of 115. It was unreal.

524 with Goldschmidt at Coors during Conquest. Landed in the left field concession stand.

Not close to anywhere near the length of the homeruns here but I hit a 450 foot homerun to dead center with Walker the other day at Detroit, I thought it was going to hit the car for a second.
