2018 player question

This was my first year of DD and all i remember was Trout being crazy expensive, 400k +. Was that the same for the other 90 plus cards? I also think I remember just regular good prices being really high. Did anything bring that market down? I want to eventually do the collection, but these prices are crazy, and I plan on playing all year. I actually packed verlander and Cole this week and I haven’t really been into flipping. Is this market more like 2018 than 2019? How did the 2018 market play out.

I forget exactly what it was like, but I can tell you that Trout will be at least 250K throughout the year. He is always the gatekeeper for the AL and MLB, and he's also the best LS card, so his price will always be high. The other high diamonds may decrease at some point, but they'll still be pretty expensive

He wasn’t high last year was he? I remember getting him for like 150 and it was around this time I think.

It’s also ironic because last year he had a signature card that was almost 100k less than his LS.
