Diamond 85 non sellable diamond

What is the point of this? More than likely someone who has reached this far has done collections outside of maybe 1-2 cards.
What benefit does a non sellable diamond do me besides quick sell for 5k or team affinity.
Why not just change diamond 85 to 5k stubs or 10 points to any team affinity you want?

People that have reached diamond 85 at this point have likely done most of the collections, but there’s still a lot of time left for people that haven’t done collections to get there.
It will be very useful for those people, myself included.

Xp level has nothing to do with collections unless that's how you got to diamond already. It's just playing the game a lot either showdowns events br ect. I do agree it should be sellable though nobody wants a duplicate for 5k.

Relax. It’s a low diamond and not sellable, but there are high diamonds in the prestige XP path that can be sold. So it’s not like SDS just came to your house and kicked you in the nuts. They gave you a free card, just be happy.

I've only locked in 1 so far, and I don't care about getting Mantle, so it shouldn't matter too much. Worst case its 5000 stubs I can use elsewhere.

Yeah, all 4 I already had locked in, so I just used 1 for TA exchange.

I'm not sure it's physically possible to not collect that amount on the way to Diamond 85.

I don't lock in diamonds almost at all. So yeah, I've got most collections up to golds done, but I've only locked in 1 diamond and thats only because I wanted that Longoria flashback.
Like I said, I'm not trying to do collections, so it would be silly to lock in that many stubs.
