I know I could build the collections but some arent very cheap like acquiring Yelich for Plesac so what does everyone suggest?

I am in need of at least 2

Eckersley Evolution card gives you a 93 closer, Kerry Wood and Amir Garret programs are easy and give you two 85 setup arms, Charlie Morton 86 from the classics pack gives you the perfect long man. All free.

I think I'm about to get 88 Cody Allen as I'm going to do the Cleveland collection towards their TA. I used him briefly in a challenge and he felt pretty good.

The issue is getting Flaherty, Lindor and Chapman for those arms. Hader and Yates arent cheap

Some gold RP's are quite serviceable. I still have PS Price (TB) and IV Mike Minor (KC) in my bullpen for situations where a LHP is the right option. Garrett and his 2 pitch diamond repertoire can sit in the binder. Prospect Brandon Mcay is #5 in my rotation for extra inning situations against a team stacked with LHB.

I think Doolittle is a must-have right now. He basically costs whatever Chapman costs + a few K. Nen and Doolittle do most of the heavy lifting for me. I have a bunch of other free or easy-to-attain relievers, like Allen, Rivera, Wood, and Isringhausen. I also have had good luck with Yates.

The 99 Eck was my favorite reliever all last year. I’m maybe halfway done with the Eckvolution, but the rest of the missions look grindy and annoying so I have put them off. Maybe I’ll knock a couple out tonight.

I got so lucky and succeeded with both 9 Inning moments today first try. Then i put in all RPs in a play vs CPU game on Rookie and got 15Ks first game and next got 9 and played Rookie Conquest for last 6.

Nice! I need to grit my teeth and just slog through because the reward will be worth it. It’s really just those 9-inning moments that give me anxiety. If I get to the 8th and give up a run and lose I’ll probably set fire to the universe.

Cardinals arn't that bad for Isringhausen, Nen is 30/35k and great, Gagne is 40k and lights out. Kirby Yates is only 15k and then theres Rollie Fingers who is free with the XP path. Plus there is also the Charlie Morton from the xp path as well

I think Fingers is my next acquisition on the XP path for me when I get to that point as I have Kluber and Newhouser.
