How do people lay off low pitches?

I have an extremely difficult time laying off pitches down in the zone, but it seems like all of my opponents have no issues here, any tips?

I think that is my biggest problem too. I have just started using zone hitting and either getting fooled by the low pitch or swinging at it is my issue

Which camera angle do you use? There isn't a clear-cut secret, but your best bet may be to switch to the strike zone hitting view if you haven't already.

Repetition. Showdowns helped me tremendously with this. Set your PCI 25% of the way from the bottom of the zone and tell your brain do not lower it only go after pitches above it. You will start to pick up on what a low strike looks like and can add chasing it to your game later. If they can paint the bottom of the zone let them have it. Showdowns teach it to you because they throw low in the zone just to try and induce GBs for double plays.

In strike zone view you need to adjust your perception and understand that the pitch needs to come in pretty high on the screen to be a strike.
If you want to learn how to lay off low balls then don't swing at anything low, including strikes. You will learn rather quickly how balls look and strikes look coming in.
Of course you may protect with 2.
Also don't be afraid to take strike 3 especially in a double play situation. Swing at a low ball is an instant DP.

Strike zone 2 or Strike zone high offer a better perspective on low pitches. You will have to adjust on pitches up in the zone though.

Picking up the ball and being able to track the ball well helps a lot. When I am focus and relaxed helps not swing at those pitches. I get to anxious and lose patients.

I think this is my problem... I swing way too much, I feel like if a guy throws strikes I win, if he doesn’t I lose

Patience and Practice. I tend to default to laying off. I find there aren't a lot of low fastballs online and if a player is likely to throw them they will signpost it early.

It can depend on your pitching style. If you don’t throw any fastballs low they probably won’t chase a low change up because it will look SO low compared to a fastball. It’s not what you asked for but I should mention people that can take a low change up are the only people that get struck out looking with a low fastball as well in my experience. Rarely works, but those who lay off changes up can certainly get caught.
As far as myself I try to swing at as few fastballs low, so when a change up comes I’m already laying off. If I have two strikes I’ll battle, if it’s a breaking ball I might swing, but anything low is pretty tough to get rewarded compared to something high, laying off as much as you can is a good thing. They could very easily be laying off anything down there and just look good when it’s close.
Other people are just insanely good.

I'm the opposite. I lay off the low stuff, but always chase the high pitches!

What you could try for a while is to just not swing at anything below the belt unless you're in a 2 strike count. So even if it looks like meat, just don't swing. See as many pitches as possible and try to recognize the break of the ball early and remember the path of the baseball if it does end up in the strike zone for a strike. That'll help you determine whether pitches thrown at you for the remainder of the game will be balls or strikes. Once you're comfortable with the recognition you can start swinging at the pitches that look good to hit. Don't be discouraged if you still get fooled every now and then, happens to the best of us.
