No stubs after 9 inning game

I played before the patch came down and recieved no stubs for playing a nine inning game against the CPU. I have now played another game after the patch, and it is the same thing.
I'm curious to know, what's going on here?

Okay, this is ridiculous. Just played a conquest game and didn't receive any stubs for the third straight game.

You earn stubs for playing, or at least, you are supposed to. I haven't in the last three games I've played.

You seem too concerned with rewards, you should just play for love of the game. Like Kevin Costner.

You definitely earn stubs just by playing the game within DD. It isn't much, but it's stubs.

We have earned stubs from playing, correct? I'm not going mental. Not a huge amount, but stubs nonetheless.
I actually know you are supposed to, just not me apparently.

You always earn stubs for playing any mode. I’ll play a game. Earn like 77 stubs. It’s never huge but yes. You do earn stubs for playing games
