Hey kids, tired of having your perfect meter and analog inputs float over the heart of the plate? Frustrated by that feeling when the gosh darned Little Billy gets his forced meatball at the worst possible time?
Try pulse pitching for a while. Now I know you’re probably thinking, “But pulse pitching is the most random method of them all, sersimpleton you idiot.” Thats the point, with pulse pitching you can make the randomness of the game work for you instead of against you.
Here’s how: Aim your pitch at the center of the strike zone and miss the input timing deliberately. Try to get a yellow “early” result or a red “very early.” Who knows where the ball will go, but it almost always won’t go down the middle since you “missed” your target. And if it does go down the middle so what, you were just derping around anyway. Much less frustrating.
Another benefit to this method is that you won’t have a predictable pattern of pitch locations. If you don’t know where the pitch is gonna go, Shirley the batter won’t know either.
So give pulse pitching a chance today, it might even resemble something close to a fun experience.
“Try pulse pitching, because it’s all random bs anyway.”

Great post, but I think any pitching method could use this with similar results...and don't call me Shirley.
