So they secretly made showdown harder during that odd maintenance time ? Lol not surprised what they do to make it harder ? these guys being extra shady this year.

Very disappointing!! SDS seems to only care about how much it can profit of each player this year to the point that their willing to go out of their to downgrade the overall user experience with the hope that it causes said user to spend a few more $ on stubs. While I’m all for companies profiting, in my opinion SDS’ has been too overzealous this year too the point that it may be sacrificing it’s future revenue potential.
I’m sure they won’t end up going bankrupt or anything but at least I’ll be reconsidering whether to buy the game next year because it kinda feels like SDS is taking advantage of the current state of affairs by essentially cashing in on the COVID-19 stimulus checks that at least some people may need at some point down the road...

Veteran is a goofy difficulty, I am not surprised that people think they they made it harder. After awhile you stop getting fat pitches to crush the more you play Veteran. I have no real evidence to support it, but I played 99% of my conquest games on Veteran, and I am telling you that I hit worse now than I did a couple weeks ago. And I don't believe it was a patch.
