How do you turn injuries on in franchise mode.
No player ever gets injured?

Game play options/advanced/injuries on/off.

When I go there....there are no options for injuries...just guess pitch, baserunning decisiins, baserunning interface, sliding decisions, and runner windows.

Are you in your franchise when looking? Tab over R1 (or L1) to general, hit R2 or L2 to get advanced options, scroll down to injuries (under check swing appeals) set it to ON/Off/Manual.
