Does anyone else feel like it’s way too big of an increase in pitch speeds going between the two levels?

Been hovering around 700 rating the last few days and it’s been madness... hitting 10 foul-ball homeruns per game on All-Star, and striking out like a madman on HOF.

Yeah ranked seasons is a dumpster fire no doubt about it. It's my favorite mode and it just sucks this year. The flip flop between all star hell and hall of Fame I just annoying.

I don’t have a problem with the pitch speed so much as the massive difference in pci size.

Yes, that too seems like a HUGE difference

I always said that pitch speed should be constant through difficulty levels. The only thing that should change is the pci on the hitters end. It’s crazytown to have one 95 MPH fastball be faster than another 95 MPH fastball.

Get rid of the inner pci and just go with the outer. It’s easier and gives you the look of a bigger pci. As for speeds, it’s annoying, but if the went to HOF speeds from the start, they would lose money and we know that’s all they care about

I might actually try this... would make the PCI seem a lot more like the good ol’ days

Garbage. Last year I buy the show, because I only buy it for ranked season play. Wasted $100 on a moments simulator this year and I’m not happy about it.

The speeds and the Pci size take a few games to get comfortable with once you switch over from All-Star to HoF but my biggest frustration is that I’ll practically miss a ball on all star with my pci but it’s timed good and it’s a no doubt homer, yet on HoF I’m squaring the ball up perfect and getting the good/good, good/Squared up results for easy outs. It just changes from a hitting duel to a pitching duel once you switch levels.
