That's because it's a Stage 1 object. When on that left hand menu press R1 to view the Stage 2 objectives.
Ya I figured I’d still be able to use the collection to later. How could anyone finish every collection by stage 2?
Buying stubs.
But you dont even need to do the collections at all to get the TA points maxed at each stage. For cheap teams it makes sense but for expensive ones it doesn't.

One thing I've been wondering about. I currently am at the WS in MTO with the Phillies and have 62 towards TA stage 1. If I complete this on all-star for 18, will the extra 10 carry over to stage 2?

I did the same thing with the Angel's OP. Kinda disappointed collections doesn't just contribute to every stage, or offer a voucher for completion instead available for any stage.

Anyone know why my hits with red sox 1b, 2b, or RF not adding right, i just played a game with a full red sox team and only got 1 hit yet, ortiz, victorino, and pedroia combined for 12 hits

Are you talking about missions for stage 1 affinity? Or are these new missions for stage 2?
