I am thinking at has more to do with the Finest cards all being 99 OVR

@Jeff7407_PSN well, the event rewards are never repeatable - so it would be weird to have a repeatable grind for Finest Pack 1 but not Finest Pack 2

Conquer all territories for a Headliners
Mini seasons does have repeatable missions but not for the single vault 1 pack

They switched it after release. The first drop had choice pack 3 as repeatable in the description. Now the repeatable tag is gone.

That makes sense. There was no way they were going to give us unlimited 50k packs.
