@MikeB14085_PSN next year I’m waiting till very near release date to pre order. This year I was pretty early on it and I must say with the Pujols and tulo and Felix i remember being so excited day one. Loaded on got Ohtani out of my welcome 20 pack for pre order. And my experience has been down hill from there don’t get my wrong there’s been some highs but a lot more low’s. I will still play cause I love baseball that or until another game moves in but my god changes are needed next year and bad.

This is a ridiculous reach. It's just her accent, and twisting that into an accusation of racism is completely unfair. She did nothing wrong, and dragging her character over how she speaks is out of line. Enough with the manufactured outrage and virtue signaling.

ah i guess i missed that while she annoys me ( I can't place why she just does ) i have never gotten those vibes about her. my take is they didn't want to face the chat criticism of their crappy product they lied about so much and took to long to take any action against the cheaters and the TOS violators. They would sit there with the rose colored glasses ( probably made to by corporate ) and not address any concerns and that was a slap in the face to the customer base i think.

Criticism is one thing, nothing wrong with that. But much of what is said in those chats goes WAY beyond criticism. I don't know why anyone would ever want to do those live streams given what is said in there.

Unless it is just a money allocation issue there is absolutely no reason to ever pre order early, especially digitally.
I always wait until they have done all their streams and only pre order a day or two in advance.

its not even about talented in my book. there are modes i don't find fun DQ is the main one if you are making me play a mode for a card that is needed it should be guaranteed especially if its no sell. I don't care for showdowns either but a number of them this year you had to do for collections rewards and it took some time for some of them but i got through them. They have gotten so tone deaf as a company its insane and it sucks. Like all the playoff programs you had to do all the moments then finally the last 2 they let you do other things that you didn't need to do all the moments if you didn't want to. Then the retro program gotta do all the moments again its like you just fixed what people have complained about but don't do it for the retro programs ( the retro programs were all like that so it was consistent but if they changed one why not all is my point ) They sit there and say play how you want to but still make you play their way on a lot of things. Spotlight was another issue i had where you do the last program of the month for the lightning card those cards you earn in the reward path should be the collection you need not have to have most the pack cards complete the retro lightning collection the other cards end up worthless for the most part. They haven't done any live streams since the all star game because they can't take the criticism in the chat over things they refuse to address since day 1. I love baseball so i am the sucker they are looking for to keep buying the game but i will be slow to pre order next year.

Yes, it’s had issues, and there’s legitimate criticism to make, but “crappy product” is a stretch. Too many creators thrive on outrage, exaggerate problems, and present speculation as fact. Then everyone repeats it until it becomes the accepted narrative. The game itself is great, flaws included, and the constant outrage is wildly out of proportion to the actual problems.

99.9% chance it was people that knew she did nothing wrong, but weren't going to waste the chance to be hateful jackasses
