I know it is greedy....

The Cardinals have plenty of legends. I like them all.
But here is an underdog to add to the game
By the way 10 Complete game shutouts are one fewer than was thrown in all MLB games in 2026. Nobody has thrown more than one in a season for the last 3 years.

@Dolenz_PSN He was at my Little League Banquet in 1980. I was born on LI but grew up in Boston. He also got a ring in 1988 with my team which not a lot of people remember.

Well, I am not at my PC to look things up but we got a 99 Carpenter and Rolen as moonshot cards. We also got a 99 Saggesse Spotlight for the week he went bezerk. We also got a 99 Burleson. Oh and 3 99 Pipeline cards (Baez, Rodriguez and Doyle).
It's been a good, but very expensive year to be a Cardinal fan in this game, so much so that I could skip next year and just play with this squad. I doubt I accumulate such a good squad and so many options again.
Still waiting on 99 versions of Gibson, Simmons and Brock. Possibly a 99 McGwire
