Fall conquest map

I am about to start the fall conquest map but noticed a lot of tiles sit outside the capturable zone. is there a glitch or once i cap everything, will i be able to move into those zones?

You should not need to worry or think about them at all.

They start under your control, which helps you get more dudes out.

That draft map could use something like that, kind of cramped on that one
