Worst support ever in the history of gaming

I've been trying to talk to support for weeks about my wrongfully banned account. I've opened tickets reached out here and in discord and no one will respond. The only contact I was able to get was a few words from a low level 1 front line support rep that confirmed what I already knew. SDS has walled themselves off completely so they can make unilateral decisions and never having to answer to their customers. It's very clear they do not care about their end users and just assume everyone will continue playing regardless of what they do.

Honestly, pal, it's not even worth being mad at SDS. At this point, I'm convinced Sony is completely running everything into the ground. The studio was just a casualty of Sony's very bad decisions. I don't think we'll ever see this happen to another company in the last five or six years; not even EA could be this mismanaged, and they are controlled by the Saudi Arabians. -

It echoes what I have heard from some folks who used to work at SDS. Sony has really put the squeeze on siphoning off the profits and keeping SDS's operating capital more akin to an indie software company than what SDS should be staffed to provide.

Submit a ticket on the website. They'll contact you on the issue in about 4 hours. That's where the real support works.

@Player99_MLBTS that is what I'm referring to. I submitted a few tickets and they just close them out. I asked for an escalation and everything... Crickets
