    The commentator for this game really needs a massive overhaul. I mean really so today I threw a no-hitter through nine innings literally there is no mention until about the 8th inning top of 9th. They briefly mention it. Yes, but still there's just no mention. Even after the game the announcers have no emotion. I really wish they could added more and more lines. More commentary. Obviously baseball is an interesting game but the commentary is so bland. Why can't they have commentary packs of of other commentators like they do in soccer? You can import multiple languages, French, Italian, German, Spanish, Chinese do the same thing for baseball and put in multiple commentators Matt vascarsian Mike kuco whoever just make it more interesting instead of the same. Same lines for last 4 years

    First, they will mention it if you lose it after the 6th inning or so.

    Second, in the 9th inning, it's all they talk about. If you finish it, they go nuts talking about history being made. If this didn't happen for you, something glitched.

    Lastly, this is something of a grandfather issue from days of yore. In the before times, no one was allowed to mention a pitcher who had a no-hitter/perfect game going. It was considered a jinx. It wasn't until the '80s ('90s maybe?), when radio announcers/commentators finally said 'forget this, we're going to say something'. But they still downplay it until the late innings.

    Nothing more devastating than being in a stadium when a pitcher loses a no hitter with 2 outs in the 9th. Candlestick Park July 29th 1990. I hate you Paul O'Neill!

    @StinkyMcPooter_XBL no, I know in general on TV broadcasts they try to limit the commentary about no hitters perfect game. Historically, I've thrown one no-hitter and one perfect game with the show. I think for the last 5 or 6 years even online and ranked I've thrown it at least one or both a no-hitter and perfect game. Just what gets me is the lack of commentary. Yeah it's superstitious but still even post scheme and Drew the 9th inning there's just not much commentary. There's that much drama. You know what's going on as a player in picture but still it's just blending and commentary. I mean the historically I don't know why they can't pull back commentary from other commentators or years prior

    @jake93436_PSN

    I've taken a no-hitter into the 8th/9th (?) inning about 3 times this season and I've thrown a perfect game once.

    When you lose the no-hitter, they do comment on it, but they don't make a huge deal.

    When you take a perfect game into the 9th, that is all they talk about. Boog talks about how everyone is on their feet and the tension. Singleton talks about the defense and how they are all ready to make the play and put the pitcher in the history book blah blah.

    So, I don't know what else you're expecting. They don't say much until the 8th, but they absolutely do in the 9th.

    @StinkyMcPooter_XBL Yes, like I mentioned I've thrown a no-hitter in a perfect game in the show. Each game for the last 5 or 6 years in online ranked mode. And yes they briefly do mention it but I do wish the commentary just was a little bit more exciting. More dramatic and more better better lines. You know more dialogue also what not? Yes, they do mention it around the six or seventh inning but also it should just be a better experience. Both the perfect game and no-hitter should have different sets of lines. Different wording, what not as well..
