No, I did not pull Ohtani or Judge.

But I finished the Field of Dreams Conquest and in the last few reward packs were a couple of Headliner packs. The second pack I opened I finally hit the actual headliner and I got

Red Schoendienst

Saved me a good amount of stubs

I then get a New Thread pack that gave me three cards and I pullef 2 of the 99s and sold them for 63k.

Thats a net gain of 130k in one pack opening. A bid has been placed on Berkman and I may have enough for Suppan too.

Here's hoping that today's Headliner is not another Cardinal

I have him. I just set my lineup tonight and played a few conquest games

CF 99 McGee
LF 94 Brock
RF 97 Beltran
DH 97 Berkman
1B 99 Musial
C 96 Simmons
3B 93 Pendleton
2B 98 Schoendienst
SS 92 Smith

That's 7 switch hitters and 3 guys with 99 speed and stealing (and another on the bench). Fun lineup.

If anything keeps me from buying next year's game it is the fear that I won't be able to have a team that I enjoy using this much

@Dolenz_PSN Aside from the draft conquest, you can do the 750XP with 2B in the HoF mini seasons for a ton of Headliners.

It's too tedious for me, but they are very easy packs.

Thanks, but I would rather just play mini seasons or conquest with this lineup. That is more important than doing something cheesy just for the rewards.
