There are several threads about it, including one with my name in the title.
I am in a weird spot now. I'd like to do a newer conquest map or mini season but I don't want to do them now without Musial, McGee and Berkman (I already have Simmons back) but I need them to at least drop to the mid 200s in order to get all three.
So instead I am just not playing. If it was just one card that I needed Ithen i could still get motivated but three cards selling for a million stubs is overwhelming

@MarioMendoza935_XBL Sure, but some teams get very few cards. Some teams rarely if ever get top cards. I understand the complaint, but it just seems dumb when compared to what most fanbases are getting.

You gotta give me some leeway though. Not many here highlight the discrepancies between the top and bottom teams as much or as often as I do.
If you have the stubs this isn't a big deal when you don't it stings.
And also to be honest, that is what actually happened today. I checked the prices on those three cards and then played Flight Sim instead

@GoozeFn_PSN padres are a team with potential for big cards too headley is good they have his rights now if they could go get the rights of like caminiti, peavy, Kevin brown, get Winfield back, alomar would be cool would never happen again tho. Adrian Gonzalez like padres is a team with some big names. That’s one thing I wish mlb could do better is handle rights like 2k as said in prior posts have like everybody and anybody’s rights.

@Onix_Savage22_PSN I’ve been playing this game since the beginning and we’ve never got an early 99 Gwynn when people would actually use him. It’s incredibly frustrating to me. They do such a poor job of cohesive content.

Stan's price fell to 250 in less than 2 days.
Meanwhile McGee and Berkman are as expensive as ever. Is it simply because they are switch hitters?

I believe that’s a huge part of it. There is a good sized chunk of the player base that is only interested in switch hitters and those are 2 of the more rare ones in the game.

They're switch hitters (plus McGee is basically a triple every time he gets on)
They just had a stub sale that lasted a week, I think 2 1/2 weeks on PS5
They just did a roster upgrade/downgrade so I reckon the investors have extra funds now.
