After locking in everything and spending what I earned from selling cards I ended up not needing, I'm now just five cards away from beltran. But unfortunately, at current prices those five cards will cost roughly a million stubs. What a grind! Lol

I agree that it's easier than expected. I didn't stock up on as many cards as I could've but I still did well and can definitely finish now but I'm waiting until at least the weekend classic to finish a few sets. I might just buy an over priced strider because I can afford it and don't any to pay a stupid amount for a card you can actively pull

@KenKen71412_MLBTS i dont know it feels they've mailed it in, you'll have finest collections but that might be it. SDS has been extremely lazy. so i'm not holding my breath.
Would it surprise me if that was the last one? Not at all, guess it just depends on how much money they made yesterday.
It's crazy how repetitive this year has become. And I honestly thought this was going to be the best Show in years. WBC, '25 was a good base to build on, dark cloud looming over next season, all they had to do was not fubar it.

It was easier than others, but it is also highly contigent on luck and preparation.
I just pulled my third Aaron Judge this year (the first one and Shohei all came early, second one six weeks in and third just now).
Without that luck, no matter how much grinding or prep I did, I simply wouldn't have had the capital to finish this day one NMS.

I disagree that you need any luck - this beltran felt free for a decent player thats been doing all content since day one. (Unless you dont pay attention to collections and get those cards...then its really tough)

KenKen71412_MLBTS here is the truth, when 26 runs correctly, which has been very limited at best. It preforms fantastically.
Everything else this year has been lazy and repetitive. From the glitches to the content. The lack of communication is awful... They've cancelled live streams, they have changed corse multiple times that has truly [censored] over the NMS world. They continue, to let Content Creators do what they want, unchecked, why they ban the average player. Its a joke. I'd love to say i wont be back next year....but i love baseball. Unless EA brings something to the table. I'll be here getting my [censored] pushed in by SDS once again next year.

I would love to be able to tell you you're wrong but as long as EA, SDS, and 2K are the sole rights holders to the major sports games it's probably not changing.
5 years ago you could've never convinced me that SDS would be as bad as 2K and worse then EA.
At least EA had the common courtesy to give there customers a reach around this year. Lol

@KenKen71412_MLBTS well SDS is not sole rights. They are just the only company making mlb games atm. Madden and the NBA have sole rights contracts.

I just pulled back-to-back PCA 5K All-Star cards.
I try not to overreact to what happens in this game, no matter how frustrating, but I want to finish the AS collection. Can i pull a 100k card to help? No. PCA and 5k, again. It's bad enough we Mets fans had to be reminded of the silly trade over & over as the trade deadline approached, but here you go, another AS PCA. I really want to break something right now. I have a nice red Louisville Slugger staring at me, but I could break it while using it to break something! Maybe this TV? My monitor? Can't destroy the digital version of this disappointing edition. I would if I could! Got-dangit!!!!

They really need to drop more of those packs otherwise the All Star collection will never get done for me as I'm 2 cards away from Bellinger, one is the free Buxton that I'm gonna get some time this week and the other is gonna have to be one of the 100K stub cards

@sbchamps17_NSW I am just Buxton away ... but I knocked a number of the higher price all-star cards out this week by just winning 3 of the diamond quest Musial/Grich on GOAT just bunting and stealing ... 25 min for around 30k ... so a high tier all-star card in just a little over an hour.
