It is likely they bring back the New Threads program due to the trade deadline.

OK so here's my question if you say that it's new threads for the trade deadline it won't work because the trade deadline is Monday the 3rd at 6pm est

The calendar now shows Trade Deadline content on 8/7, so I don't think the 8/3 program will be new threads.

They have 08/07/2026 listed as Trade Deadline content in the coming soon section of DD.

I just saw a post on Reddit saying they saw “the blog” where it’s going to be a cover takeover.

It will just be the cover art card they use for these takeovers.
It would be cool if they themed this better and gave a program with 10 cards featuring blue jays, expos, and Canadians but nope, it will just be the single card that nobody will use because the all star card wont be much worse and counts for Buxton progress.
