Headliners is the best series

Headliners are amazing. Nobody even realizes the cards get put out. Every other collection focuses on players that the teeny-boppers know....with Headliners, you get your Tony Olivas, your Gary Carters, your Red Schoendiensts...
If you love baseball, you should love Headliners. There needs to be an event where you can only use Headliner and Cornerstone cards. And you play in an old pitcher-friendly park like Crosley Field. And before you play the game, you have to listen to a lecture on the history of the Montreal Expos.
But seriously, there ain't never no love for Headliners - and theyre easily the most interesting cards in the game.

I just wish they didn't get rid of that pack with better odds and the fourth card from the pack. I stupidly gamble 50k today to pull Red. I want to try him out but didn't want to pay almost 200k for him lol

In order to make Headliners even more secretive and mysterious, SDS has brilliantly decided to make it nearly impossible to ever pull a Headliner out of a pack.
You'll get Perdomo and get struck by lightning before you ever pull Red Schoendienst out of a pack.

I’ve pulled plenty of headliners this year but I am not the biggest fan of every headliner pack you earn is a random one.

If these guys weren’t complaining about awesome Cardinals cards being in packs, they would be complaining there aren’t enough good Cardinals cards in the game.

As a Cardinals fan I am the first to say that this year has been an embarrassment of riches as far as far as cards being released.
I have 40k and they released two cards in 4 days that to buy them now costs over 500k. I'm disappointed with that. Who knows when I can get them (and that does not take into account Pujols)
But on the flip side, I'd also venture to say that nobody on the forum is more aware of, and advocates for, underrepresented teams, teams he is not a fan of, to get more cards.
So forgive me if I occasionally voice a little disappointment
