Berkman is still 200kI sold off practically everything I could to get Berkman and all the cards we earn offline are No Sell so it ain't easy to accumulate stubs by playing

I think these cards have the opposite effect for me that they are meant to have. Instead of motivating me to play the game they just kind of take the wind out of my sails.

Such a lack of planning to put all these Cardinal Legends behind a paywall. They better not do that to Stan. One of my favorite cards (pun intended) every year.

Berkman is still 200kTbf, 10 days ago Simmons Sell Now was 75k (I got him at that price out of sheer luck) and at the same time Lance was down to just under 120k (I paid 125k).

I just read in their Blog Post that the Hall of Fame content is for sure including Beltran and Andruw Jones.
Let's just release Mantle and Mays at the same time and get all the CFs released.
The plus side is that maybe everyone wanting Beltran will make McGee's price go down a little quicker.

Doesn't it make sense that the HOF content should include two of the guys being inducted in to the Hall of Fame that day?

@samguenther1987_PSN yeah it was more about releasing an end game (for me) CF a mere two days before they knew that they would be releasing two more.
As a side note this McGee card is a prime example on how much power is weighted in the OVR. He only has average power but that lets them jack up every other attribute

O no, I completely agree. The way SDS has treated chase cards this year has been horrible, take for instance Bryce Harper and his cycle card, of course it's a chase rare because SDS knows people will pay money to get it.
As for the Cardinals getting 3 in a row it is ridiculous, not to mentionthe top Spotlight card, i can'tfault SDS for the HRD that was just funny luck.
My mistake was thinking the post after yours was about todays HOF drop not Sundays, I completely misread.
BTW I picked up both Simmons and Berkman in the last 2 days. I love the Berkman so far.

I dont know what the complaint is. cardinals players are expensive and you are a Cardinals fan. Ok.. Just one of those years. It happens. There are way more productive things to be complaining about with this game. Barely anyone uses a theme team in dd anyway. Also you are an offline only player. Go play with cardinals players in rtts.

This card is fun but...he's not very playable on a high-level god squad. Power is too important and he'll be a lineout machine when you square up pitches. He's a great bench player - but are you paying chase card prices for that?
And this is the biggest problem - only one archetype has value in the game, and theres zero incentive to build different teams that incorporate other players.

Who knows. Maybe SDS will release a 99 Tommy Herr Chase card in August with 45 power, but hits nukes.

Yep. I pulled my first 90+ LS since May, yesterday and it sold for 8k.

@rubicante23_PSN idk i kinda disagree with that my leadoff guy is still 96 chone who im batting .465 I believe there’s value in these types of players im playing chone over 99 trout now chone may come out when Beltran comes out tmro depending how close I am.
