I hate to be that guy but I called it live content was to much for this years game to handle…

Instead it'll come out when i'm back in the office and unable to play.Very disappointing.

They put it off til tomorrow. They are lazy and completely incompetent. Literally no more excuses. @sds_joek_psn pass that along.
We have no idea what the issue is.
It could be that somebody got sick or there was a snafu in securing the rights or any number of issues since none of us know what goes into releasing this content.
There are decisions they make that we can definitely criticize them for but assuming the worst in this instance with no actual evidence is premature at best.
