I am posting here because I am locked out of checking my ticket status due to the website account login error on mobile.Two weeks ago, I submitted a missing items ticket via the main support page form. My Xbox server connection dropped right as I opened a Chase Pack. My Live Series Shohei Ohtani and 97 OVR Postseason Lance Berkman completely disappeared and are missing from both my Xbox binder and the Web Marketplace inventory.Can a community manager please escalate my gamertag to the internal audit queue to check my pack history Approximately 2 weeks agoThank you

I wanted to share my recent experience because it seems like inventory and reward issues continue to be a problem.
A few days ago, I won a Live Series 85+ Pack from an XP Path wheel spin on my Xbox. I was excited enough to screen record the moment. Today, I won another one the exact same way. However, my inventory is only showing one pack.
• My pack opening history in the app confirms I haven’t opened either one.
• Both wins were legitimate wheel spins with no errors at the time.
I’ve already submitted a support ticket, but after seeing so many similar reports of missing items with little to no resolution, I’m pretty discouraged. It feels like these problems keep happening without any real accountability.
Has anyone else run into this recently with Live Series packs or other wheel spin rewards? I’d love to hear if SDS has actually followed through and fixed it for anyone.
Appreciate any visibility on this — hoping for a real fix instead of another ignored ticket.Thanks.
