Sadly, you are probably right.
Looking at this from a different angle after two Cardinal Chase cards I will be happy if the rest of the year has no other chase cards that I want

@Dolenz_PSN so we can assume next weeks allstar will have 99s in packs which takes away the special effect of the winner or the hrd and asg mvp. And next innings bosses and every other card that comes out will be 99s. Feel like it happend rly rly quick.

I don't know. I expect the MVP and the HR derby captains to be 99s along with the Inning Bosses
We got 95s to 97s in todays Spotlight drop.
I am guessing that the standard rank and file All Star cards my be 95s on the low end and 97s on the high end. With cards from the game itself being 98s and the the 99s for the MVPs
