Request Verification Failed - again

After the app came back up, I put in about a dozen orders (buy and sell) before my “account is restricted” and now “request verification failed”.
At some point, y’all either need to make the app work or just remove it. Getting blocked in the middle of placing orders is insane. I get that some of this is probably trying to deal with the bots, and that’s appreciated. But if a low-volume flipper like me can’t be confident of placing buy orders without worrying about not being able to sell out of a card, then the app isn’t really worthwhile anyway.
I put in a support ticket when this first happened a few days ago and haven’t heard a thing. Should I open another ticket, or just wait?

Jesus. Wait. Like everyone else. There are literally 25+ topics about this right now. They are clearly trying to fix this issue. We’ve had more communication from them about this than anything else this year.

Patience, people. I am backing off of them because of how well their communication was yesterday. 10:00 est now that means its 7:00 pst they haven't got to work yet. I'm sure they will get this fixed..... right???
