Corrupted player file

Has anyone else experienced a custom-made player automatically being subbed out at the start of each game? I tried sending him down to AAA level but same thing. I only realized this in the second season looking at his stats and noticing he had 128 games the previous season and all zeros in his stats.
I am just wondering if there is someway to fix the roster? Maybe there are others I haven't caught yet. I have over 100 custom players.
