Never got the 5 free packs that came with the game

I bought the game a month ago. I used the redemption code that came with the game. The code said it worked, but I never received the packs. I submitted multiple tickets and emails but never heard back. Does anyone know of any other way of contacting this company? TIA

Check the main menu of your console, like where you can buy add-ons. That’s where I redeemed mine.
