@JDHalfrack_PSN Appreciate the response, dude, and i largely agree.
The reason I believe it is a massive fail is because this was clearly meant as a make good, to give people some extra stuff in light of all the bad things this year, whereas all that's happened is that it's caused a near civil war in the community and much disappointment.
The community has to take some responsibility for that disharmony, but SDS had a chance to do something good for everyone and they fumbled it.

I’m tired of the online only favoritism. Offline players need a way to play the game and get rewards too

@LadySwampfox_XBL offline is 10x more rewarding. Offline you can play 7, 3 inning games, and get a 10 pack bundle on repeat. You can run a DQ in an hour and get packs plus 20-50k stubs. 1 conquest gives you 10-20 packs.
Online we get a 4 day event every other week, 1 multilayer program each season, and all the online rewards can be bought on the market. They removed full event paths and the removed the BR path.
How is online being favored? Because of this 1 program?

I feel like Im the only person who likes this content drop. What's sad is that I dont see or hear many players who transition easily between "offline" and "online." Like, its crazy to me that everyone is in one camp or another (or at least mostly in one camp).
Let me put my old man cap on. Back in my day, if you liked the game, you just did everything in the game. And you got good at all the modes. Now its like "offline is targeted to these people" and "ranked is targeted to these people" and "BR is targeted to these people" - and those groups never meet each other.

@rubicante23_PSN I like the content. I really like this miniseason, its so much better to have to play on harder difficulties than the collect player A, use player to unlock player B... that gets old. This is my favorite content drop so far this year. Jackie was cool too.
Plenty of people play both, I play the cpu on hall of fame with ease, ive played probably 50 mininseaosns, 20+ DQ, and every conquest. I also play online, im not great, but I make WS to get the rewards.
There are a bunch of old dudes on here that dont want to deal with all the shenanigans online. Truth is, I get it—online is fun 90% of the time, but that 10% is awful and makes even me never want to play again.
People forget that it used to be go 12-0 to get the card; make WS to get the card. Now the online rewards are all available on the market. That was done for the offline players.

@go4stros25_PSN there is no point in having a further discussion with them. They hate online. Is what it is. But they are definitely effecting us online players with all their complaining. Trying to keep them happy which they never will is taking away from us. Its already happened. With all the online programs they have removed. Now im getting bad at the game again cause I have to play countless hours offline.

Under where it says “5k in a multiplayer game”, add the following: “10k in conquest, DQ, vs CPU, or miniseason game”
(I would add more, but I’ll NEVER see the rest of the missions BECAUSE I won’t be able to unlock them)

Unless SDS wakes up and changes the requirements for this program, I’ll be getting 30 points from it and NOWHERE near the 24k mission (wherever it is….)

@dfwrazorback_MLBTS like perhaps spend more time playing another game like I am now, with another game or two on the back burner. This year's game isn't only bad....it's REALLY BAD. The addition of mini season and pxp doesn't negate everything else bad about the game. The list is long and now even some of their supporters are starting to turn away. I miss the three or four hours a day or all day grinds on my days off but if sds is dead set on chasing me to other games....chase away!

I agree with that.
Online players get easier progress because it's online, offline requires more work because it's more casual. Should be like that for all programs. Yes, all programs. People who want to do offline only should be able to earn all cards, except maybe WS or WC cards (but we can get them via the market), and online should be able to get them all except maybe MS (but those should also be sellable).

@dfwrazorback_MLBTS This is kind of where I'm at. I'm not even mad anymore, I'm just finding it REALLY hard to care, at all. After being my most played game for the last decade, I can only be told "we don't want you" so many times before I finally listen.

I didn't see the 24 K requirement. It's not that hard with the new strike zone. I think i got 23 or so, on Veteran this year. Let outs fall for hits, or don't throw to first on grounders. Remember. You need K's, not assists, lol. If it doesn't have to be done with one pitcher, just try a '6-3'er.' 6 innings with Topps Now Schlittler for most, for instance, then put in Miz to mow 'em down for the final 3. You can even do a '6-1-1-1,' but with relievers you can trust to get them flailing away, or catch 'em looking! Back-door slider those foows back to Memphis, or wherever they're from. It depends on the difficulty, of course. Just don't face LS Willi Castro, who is hard to strike out, lol. B*stard broke up a Perfecto bid of mine recently.
