Mid season milestone cards

I dont understand.. why did springer get a 300 HR milestone card?
Im watching the padres and Braves game right now and noticed Matt Olson hit his 300th 8 home runs ago. Why didnt he get one?
Im sure there's been way more deserving mid season milestone cards.

Poor planning.
He literally got a 93 Topps Now card the day after he hit it. He was a Lightning player so a collection was built around that card. It was probably too late to change things.
