Is there any way to get ahold of someone that works at sds instead of Zoe? My account was incorrectly restricted for the 3rd time a few weeks ago. I’ve gotten no where when opening tickets. Feel like everytime my account was unrestricted it was restricted within a few hours.

I haven’t even had Zoe email me and it’s been almost 2 weeks of submitting tickets. Very frustrating!
