Dd created team jerseys don't match 2 years

So last year and this year I'm in diamond dynasty online ranked the jerseys I made I made for my old high school. They're just a basic blue jersey with lettering, but in the game in the menus there is no lettering. There's a logo which does not show up if you play the game itself. If I play a game the jersey with lettering shows up but not the logo. So for 2 years the jerseys I were making are different from what show is in the game and gameplay. How does this happen and is there a patch for it?
